[Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3]
Yes, this is a real product - and I bet some of you are even saying, 'Hey, that's not that bad of an idea?' To which I say, 'You've gotta be kidding me?' Why is it we Christians love to make ourselves a subculture? Why do we rip off ideas from the world around us in an effort make 'our own' products? Maybe it's just me, but it bothers me and it's cheesey.

One of the students asked me to get it. He thought it would be a good purchase for us seeing as we had Guitar Hero(es) and Rock Band. I told him we couldn't because it would take a computer. :)
Ha, hubs mentioned this to me. I guess I dont mind the product but I dont see the people behind this had to make such a big scene about it like they did.
BTW - I tagged you!
Well the song list looks decent. But is way too small. However the graphics are subpar. If it's running on a computer it should be wayyyy better. Also, um...maybe they should have used skillet and hawk nelson for their promo. The kids and parents 'rocking out' didn't do it for me. I'll stick to Guitar Hero. Or the real guitar for that matter.
You guys dont know what you are talking about... I bought that and its so awesome to praise the LORD with that plastic guitar... I almost prefer it over my taylor...
Chandler - nice. lol
Heather - I don't think I know what they did? And I'm also not sure what 'tag' involves - as it relates to blogging.
Justin - dude that commercial really did it for me, I don't know what you're talking about.
Ryan - I never thought of it that way, it would add a lot to my personal devotional time. I guess it does involve two of my favorite things, worshiping God and playing a video game :)
I can see the cheese because I agree that Christians do try and get a "knock off" sometimes... but I can totally see this as something fun. And, it would be kinda cool for a youth group.
